Are there travel costs?

Travel is included to any venue or session location in a 30 mile radius of Glasgow. I cover weddings all across Scotland, the UK, and Ireland and I am available for destination wedding photography & elopements worldwide. Please get in touch for a customized destination wedding or elopement package.

Are digital images included in your packages?

Yes, all packages include high resolution digital images with printing rights (no watermark) on customized usb. There are no hidden fees or charges- all packages include my time and your digital images with the rights to print them.

Do you offer albums, photo books and prints?

Fine art wedding albums, high quality photobooks and a variety of prints and wall art products are available to add on to any package.

How long before we can see our images?

Wedding images and films are ready to share in four to six weeks. Portrait session images are ready to share in two to four weeks. I know you’ll be anxious to see your photos and films, so a sneak peek of both weddings and portrait sessions is shared online within one week of your event or session date.

Do you do posed/traditional wedding photos?

Although my focus is on capturing your day naturally and unobtrusively, I will of course still do some posed portraits with your families and friends. We’ll keep these to a minimum unless you request otherwise, and even the posed shots will be done in a relaxed, informal style. We’ll sit down together before the big day and come up with a list of must have photos to make sure I don’t miss anything on the day.

Do you do posed newborn and family photography?

My newborn sessions are baby led, which means I use natural poses only and minimal use of props. Lifestyle newborn sessions are entirely unposed and family portrait sessions are very much the same; I’ll give you some light direction but the shoot will be relaxed and fun, with a focus on capturing personality, not poses.

What happens if you get in an accident, or fall seriously ill and can’t shoot my wedding?

I haven’t missed a single wedding in ten years of shooting them, and I don’t plan on tarnishing my perfect record for anything short of a major emergency! That being said, I always have a backup plan just in case. I work alongside a couple of amazing photographers and videographers, at least one of whom are tentatively booked and ready to fill in on short notice if something were to happen to me. I also belong to an emergency network of professional photographers & videographers who help each other out in the event of an emergency, so there’s even a backup for my backup- I like to be prepared!

What happens if your equipment malfunctions?

I never arrive at a wedding or portrait session without a full set of backup equipment just in case. I carry a backup camera body, variety of lenses and extra batteries/memory cards to every shoot so I am prepared for the worst. This is where a second shooter comes in handy for weddings- if any equipment were to malfunction at an important moment there is someone else there who is sure to have captured it.

Are you insured?

Yes, I am fully insured with both professional indemnity and public liability insurance.

All things radiant- couple/ backdrop/ light. Just a quick screen grab from yesterday's wedding... sneak peek film coming soon!
